When you book a drop-off, fill out a cut sheet, or ask us a question, we collect the name, phone number, and email address you give us, along with the details of your order.

How we use it

We use your information to process your order, to tell you when it is ready, and to answer your questions. That is all.

If you ask us to text you order updates, we use your phone number to send those updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your order. See our SMS Terms for details.

Who we share it with

Your information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with the service providers who help us run the shop, such as our text message provider, and only so they can deliver the message you asked for.

Keeping it

We keep order records as long as we need them to run the business. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are required to keep a record.
