Bag Carriers earns 5% of what you actually collect on jobs from customers our channels brought you: the website quote form, or a post we published for you. Every customer you already have is free forever, including all their repeat work. Jobs you type in yourself earn nothing.
One invoice on the first business day of each month: the $199 platform charge, plus the 5% on what you collected last month from the customers our channels sourced. If none came through, that line is zero.
On top of the figures above, Bag Carriers earns 5% of what you actually collect on jobs our channels sourced, and nothing at all on the customers you already have.
How You'll Be Billed.
Once this agreement is signed, Frank sends a single invoice for the one-time stand-up fee of $4,199. Net 7. The build kicks off the next business day after it's paid.
Starting on go-live, one invoice on the first business day of each month for the platform charge of $199. Net 7.
The same invoice carries the 5% on amounts you actually collected in the prior month from customers Bag Carriers sourced, itemised job by job so you can check it against your own records. Nothing is owed on customers you already had, and nothing is owed on work you were never paid for.
Card, check, or ACH. Every price in this agreement is the same amount whichever method you pay by: $4,199 for the stand-up and $199 a month. Late invoices (more than 7 days overdue) may result in suspended platform access until paid.
The Fine Print.
Stand-up fee. $4,199, due in full rather than in stages, invoiced at signing and payable within 7 days, and non-refundable once work has begun. Covers the new website, the Google Business Profile and local search work, photo quote capture, and the lead and job portal with invoicing.
Recurring platform charge. $199 per month, beginning on go-live. Covers hosting, infrastructure, tooling, support, and management of the client's Facebook page.
Accepted payment methods. Card, check, or ACH. The amount owed is the same whichever method is used.
Commission on sourced work. Bag Carriers earns 5% of amounts actually collected on jobs from customers whose first contact with TK Junk Removal and Demolition LLC came through a channel Bag Carriers operates: the website quote form, or a social post published on TK's behalf by Bag Carriers. Customers who had contacted TK before the start of this agreement are excluded permanently, as is all repeat work from them. Jobs entered manually are non-commissionable by default. Refunded or charged-back amounts are deducted from the following month.
What the commission is calculated from. Bag Carriers records the first-contact source on every customer and shows it to TK Junk Removal and Demolition LLC in the portal. The monthly invoice itemises each commissionable job, the amount collected, and the 5% on it. Where a source is missing, unrecognised or in any doubt, the job earns nothing.
Automated job status texts. A phase 2 item, not included in the stand-up scope. They require carrier registration under TK Junk Removal and Demolition LLC's own business name, which needs the LLC documents and EIN, commonly takes weeks, and is frequently rejected on the first attempt.
Nothing else is charged. The stand-up fee, the monthly platform charge and the 5% on sourced work are the complete list of what Bag Carriers bills TK Junk Removal and Demolition LLC under this agreement, subject only to the rate adjustment below. There is no advertising budget and no setup extra.
No contract. Cancel any time with 30 days written notice.
Late payments. Invoices more than 7 days overdue may result in suspended access until paid.
Support. Bag Carriers responds within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Uptime and payment-routing incidents are prioritized.
Ownership. Bag Carriers retains ownership of the platform codebase. TK Junk Removal and Demolition LLC owns all business content, customer records, quote data, and brand assets at all times.
Offboarding. Upon cancellation, business data is exported and provided within 14 days. The site and portal go offline within 30 days of final billing.
Data. Customer data is never sold or shared. Payment card data is handled by certified processors only and is never stored on Bag Carriers infrastructure.
Content warranty. You warrant that all logos, photos, and materials provided are owned or licensed by you.
Rate adjustment. Bag Carriers may adjust the monthly platform charge with 60 days written notice. The stand-up fee and the 5% commission rate are fixed for the life of this agreement.
Governing law. Pennsylvania. Disputes resolved in Blair County, PA.
